All members of our team have fully enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks. All staff hold regularly updated qualifications in Safeguarding, Early Years, Positive Behaviour, Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.

Debbie has been part of the Preschool team since 2007. She holds Cache Level 3 Diploma
and has a wealth of experience having worked in Childcare for 27 years, she holds certificates in Promoting Positive Behaviour, Safeguarding Level 3 (Designated Person) SEND
ADHD, Health & Safety and GDPR, Food Safety & Hygiene to name a few. Debbie enjoys all the different maths and construction activities with the children.
Nikki Sloan
Practitioner
Nikki has been part of the Preschool team since 2012, she is Level 3 qualified and is our ENCO (Equality named Coordinator) in the setting, she is also Safeguarding Level 3 (2nd Designated Person) and has qualifications in Food Safety & Hygiene, First Aid to name a few she is also our Two Year Old Lead and sends out our fortnightly parent information emails and half termly newsletters. Nikki enjoys playing with the children and is often found in the role play area surrounded!
Hannah Luckings

As mum of 4, Hannah has worked in childcare for over 10 years. She holds NVQ Level 3, Level 2 Safeguarding and Food Safety and Hygiene certificate. She enjoys being outdoors and singing our favourite songs.
Annabelle Allen
Cover Staff
Annabelle has worked for preschool since 2018, has previously been our 1:1 practitioner and this year has joined our cover staff team.
She previously taught Drama and volunteered for SWOP, she holds Safeguarding level 2 and First Aid Certificate. She enjoys singing with the children and is an excellent story teller.
Jackie Jones
Deputy Manager
Jackie has been part of the preschool team since 2001, she holds NVQ Level 2 & 3
She is our SENCO within the setting and is our designated person for Fire Safety in the Early Years. Jackie holds certificates and qualifications ranging from Food Safety & Hygiene, SEND updates (Local Offer) English as an additional language, Safeguarding Level 2, & First Aid, Jackie enjoys holding our Rising Fives sessions on Wednesdays which help prepare the children for their transition to big school.
Angela Neville

Angela joined the preschool team in 2021 she had worked in childcare for 10 years and she has 25 years experience working with SEN, She holds NVQ Level 2 & 3, Understanding Autism Level 2, Level 3 Safeguarding, she enjoys painting crafting activities with the children
Lucy Brown
Practitioner
Joined the preschool team in 2022 and is currently training for her Level 3 Qualification. She holds Safeguarding Level 2 and Food Safety and Hygiene certificate, she is a keen gardener and helps to maintain our lovely Nature Space and her favourite things to do in preschool are crafts and baking.
Sarah Akhtar
Practitioner
Started with us as a cover staff member in 2022 and is now a Preschool Practitioner and begun her training for her Level 2 Qualification. Sarah loves gardening and keeps our Nature Space looking wonderful, she also likes doing cooking activities with the children.
Jamie Gale
Admissions
Jamie joined the preschool team in September 2021. She has several years experience in administration and deals with all of our new admissions, queries and funding she is also a cover staff member she loves helping out and getting to know all the children.
